Our Story
ASORTA began with a simple idea — desserts can be delicious, premium, and healthier at the same time.
The brand was created out of a passion for baking and a desire to make sweets that people could enjoy more often without feeling guilty. Most desserts in the market are either very sugary, made with refined flour, or lack quality ingredients. We wanted to change that.
So we started experimenting with healthier flours like ragi, natural sweeteners like desi khand, rich nuts, and premium chocolate, creating brownies and cookies that were both indulgent and mindful.
What started as small batches for friends and family soon turned into something bigger — people loved the idea of luxury desserts made with better ingredients. That’s when ASORTA was born.
